Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Missouri. Pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, depending on experience. Onsite availability and reliable transportation are required.

You will complete resident service requests, perform make-ready repairs, maintain common areas, and document work in maintenance logs. The role emphasizes customer service to residents and onsite teams.

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities.

Pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
• Valid government-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)

What you’ll do

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
• Document work completed in maintenance logs
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams

Preferred (not required)

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
