Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Dallas, Texas. The position offers pay ranging from $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must possess a valid government-issued ID, reliable transportation, and basic maintenance tools.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, performing repairs for vacant apartments, and maintaining common areas. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of experience and demonstrate strong customer service skills.

Pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)

What you’ll do

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
• Document work completed in maintenance logs
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams

Preferred (not required)

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
