Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician for the Franklin Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN, part-time and on-site. You will perform preventive maintenance, document work orders, and troubleshoot basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure guest comfort.

Minimum 6 months of maintenance experience is required; ability to lift 25 lb regularly and 50 lb occasionally; HVAC/electrical/plumbing cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
