Now hiring for a Maintenance Technician

Location: Florence, KY

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule: Day Shift (Will eventually transition to night shift)

Job Duties

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing and plant equipment in a safe, reliable, and cost-effective manner
• Supporting production operations through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

Education Requirements

• GED/High School Diploma

Experience Requirements

• Electrical Knowledge: Basic Mechanical experience on trouble shooting
• Mechanical: Basic Electrical Knowledge
• SAP: Very basic computer skills, enter time on SAP, print work notification

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.
• Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Maintenance Technician.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.
