Pay Rate: $21.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Education Requirements

Job Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Support machine upgrades and continuous improvement projects
• Use hand tools, welding equipment, and machinist tools as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all safety requirements
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently and collaboratively with maintenance and production teams
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.
• Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Maintenance Technician.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.
