Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Winchester, KY facility to keep beverage manufacturing equipment running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and responding to emergencies to minimize downtime. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday shifts and a $27.00 hourly pay rate with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of beverage manufacturing experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Industrial refrigeration.
• PLC logic.
• Can read schematics and make things happen.
• Ready for heavy lifting and long shifts.

• Take on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues head-on.
• Answer emergency calls and get systems back online quickly.
• Log your work and keep everything OSHA-safe.
