Job summary

LeoForce in Wooster, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment across processing, packaging, and warehouse systems. You will support highly automated lines, including fillers, case packers, palletizers, and conveyors, while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Candidates should have strong electrical and mechanical skills, PLC experience with Allen Bradley platforms, welding, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Reading electrical schematics and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Experience with 480V 3-phase troubleshooting and wiring.
• Proficiency in low-voltage controls and VFDs/servos.
• Welding (MIG, TIG, Arc) and mechanical fittings.
• Allens Bradley PLC experience across SLC 500, PLC 5, Logix 5000.
• CMMS experience and familiarity with food/dairy environments.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work active shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment across processing, packaging, and warehouse systems.
• Support highly automated equipment including fillers, case packers, palletizers, conveyors.
• Maintain utility systems including boilers, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration, wastewater systems.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Support building maintenance as needed.

Salary: $35 - $47 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment across:
  • Processing
  • Packaging
  • Warehouse systems
  • Plant utilities
• Support highly automated equipment including:
  • Fillers
  • Case packers
  • Palletizers
  • Conveyors
