Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Line Technician II for 2nd shift to maintain and repair automated production equipment in our advanced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, strong electrical, mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting, and the ability to read schematics. The position offers a competitive hourly pay of $26.92-$33.65 plus a 12.5% differential and a 3:30 PM–11:30 PM shift, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with automated production equipment such as SMT, reflow ovens, AOI systems, molding equipment, or similar machinery.
• PLC, servo, and industrial electronics experience is a plus.

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Minimize equipment downtime and support production.
• Improve machine setups, changeovers, and equipment performance.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance records.
• Train operators on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with new equipment installations and process improvements.

Pay: $26.92-$33.65/hour + $3.37-$4.21/hour 2nd Shift Differential (12.5%)
Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
