As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cokato, MN.

This full-time, hands-on position involves maintaining the physical assets of multi-family housing properties.

Day-to-day Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Building systems maintenance
• Unit repairs and reconditioning
• Drywall repairs
• Painting
• Minor plumbing work
• Minor electrical work
• Grounds care and snow removal

Requirements:

• Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management
• Valid US driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Availability for after-hours emergencies as needed

The posted pay range for this role is from entry-level to fully independent and proficient candidates. The selected candidate will be offered a wage based on their background and skills, aligned with our business needs.
