Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. in Butler, GA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance at the Butler Sand Plant. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and efficiency in crushing plant equipment.

A strong mechanical background and the ability to work independently are essential. Wages start at $25 per hour with 12-hour days, full-time status, and overtime as needed. Weekend work may be required, and candidates must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed.
• Previous fixed plant maintenance or related mining industry experience is required.
• Experience working with crushers, conveyors, and screens is required.
• Experience in fabricating, cutting, and welding is required.
• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, without close supervision.
• Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision.
• Must be flexible on working hours and locations with the ability to adapt to different work environments.
• Valid driver’s license.

Rogers Group is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Butler Sand Plant in Butler, GA. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.

Job Details:

• Wages start at $25.00 per hour
• 12-hour Days
• Fulltime/Permanent
• Weekend work may be required
• Overtime available
