Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep of timeshare condos and facilities. You will carry out preventative maintenance, small repairs, and assist guests as needed to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, knowledge of the timeshare industry, and experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping and construction. Read work orders and use basic tools are important.

• Maintains upkeep of timeshare condos and common areas.
• Able to read work orders and use basic tools.
• Possesses general maintenance knowledge (landscaping, plumbing, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance for facilities and appliances.
• Maintains daily upkeep of condos and common areas.
• Completes maintenance calls and notifies manager of issues.
• Assists guests when needed and performs other duties as assigned.

What are you motivated by?:

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the timeshare condos and common facilities.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of timeshare condos and common area facilities.
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
