Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician in North Myrtle Beach to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will perform preventative maintenance, address plumbing, electrical, painting, and landscaping tasks, and assist guests when needed.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance calls, reading work orders, and notifying management of issues. This full-time on-site role offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Good driving record; no major violations.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs (AC filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Complete maintenance calls and general upkeep of facilities.
• Notify manager of any issues.
• Assist guests when needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
