We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for 2nd/3rd shift to support equipment uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. If you enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and working independently within a strong team, this could be your next opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Monitor machines for mechanical or electrical issues and resolve them quickly
2. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems
3. Troubleshoot and correct equipment problems to reduce downtime and keep production moving
4. Maintain accurate records including logs, check sheets, inspections, and work orders
5. Troubleshoot PLCs and perform setup adjustments on machinery
6. Recognize product defects and make necessary equipment changes to maintain quality
7. Train and support production staff on equipment operations and basic troubleshooting
8. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout and GMP practices
9. Identify and correct safety hazards to help maintain a safe work environment

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience
• Electrical experience required; PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and blueprints
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Must have your own tools
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with mechanical presses and/or thermoforming is a plus
• Ability to operate forklifts and man lifts
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed
