Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an experienced technician for situational awareness, break-fix and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems across production lines. You will troubleshoot complex control systems, perform predictive analysis and support CI initiatives to deliver reliability gains.

The role requires a strong background in vibration analysis, laser interferometry, and precision alignments, with ability to travel if needed and to work in a high-demand

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associates degree with a technical focus and 7 years of related experience; or 10 years in the industry.
• Proficiency in predictive technologies including vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Must be able to use hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
• May be required to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Provide troubleshooting support on equipment and production lines as appropriate.
• Analyze complex control systems to resolve software/hardware and configuration issues.
• Lead CI activities and identify cost-saving improvements.
• Update CMMS records and support cost analyses.
• Train and coach junior technicians; assume project management duties when assigned.
