Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associate degree with a technical focus and 5 years of related experience in the specific industry; or 7 years of experience in the industry.
• Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and maintenance of process equipment.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; able to analyze problems, synthesize solutions, and perform repairs.
• Able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
• Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations, precision alignments, and maintenance of process equipment.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance, locating root causes and repairing defective parts.
• Identify and source parts, materials, and repair items; evaluate alternatives for cost and reliability.
• Independently perform maintenance per industry standards and optimize PM procedures.
• Lead CI activities to improve processes, drive cost savings, and support training of lower level technicians.
• Troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems and perform repairs as needed.
