Advanced Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Missouri to perform expert break-fix, preventive maintenance, and complex system troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical equipment used in automotive and manufacturing settings.

Role spans from entry to senior levels with opportunities to lead CI activities, improve reliability, and train others. Candidates should have technical hands-on experience and willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED.
Associates degree with a technical focus and 7 years of related experience; or, 10 years of experience in the industry.
Proficiency in predictive technologies including vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations, precision alignments, and maintenance of applicable process equipment.

Responsibilities

Performs expert level break-fix & preventive maintenance and design of mechanical and electrical equipment improvements as the job requires.
Programs, troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve in-depth software/hardware and configuration problems.
Utilizes predictive equipment and interprets results for analysis and maintenance.
Leads CI activities and cost-savings initiatives using CI tools and methodology.
Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items and suggests engineered solutions to improve reliability.
Independently performs maintenance per industry standards.
Follows 5S and housekeeping standards.
