Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician for Elan LoSo in Charlotte, NC. The role covers service requests, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks for vacant units, with rotating on-call responsibilities and a focus on safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience with preventative maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Track materials, inventory, and re-order supplies as needed.
