Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will handle service requests, perform repairs, and maintain the property to Greystar standards across buildings, grounds, and amenities.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification Type 1/II or Universal required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.
• OSHA safety training or willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments using the make-ready process.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; paint curbs and signage as needed.
• Assist with inventory, vendors, and materials; document work performed.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and ensure quality workmanship.
