Wisteria at Warner Center is hiring a Maintenance Tech II to support a new Continuing Care Retirement Community. This full-time, on-site role in Woodland Hills offers preventive maintenance, building repairs, and attentive service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years in maintenance with electrical, plumbing, painting, and general duties in complex settings.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Basic HVAC thermostat understanding.
• Operate hand/power tools safely and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and repairs to building systems.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance upkeep across the property.
• Complete apartment turnovers, minor repairs, and touchups to original condition.
• Maintain pools, koi ponds, and water features as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service; communicate clearly with residents and team.
• Participate in on-call duty and safety training as scheduled.
