Job summary

Wisteria at Warner Center, opening in Summer 2026, seeks a Maintenance Tech III to join the founding team. This full-time, onsite role includes maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC and electrical systems in a new Continuing Care Retirement Community in Woodland Hills, California.

The position offers a competitive salary of $34.00 to $35.00 per hour, a generous benefits package which includes medical, dental, and a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan, as well as substantial Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems.
• Knowledge of various electrical controllers and HVAC systems.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install HVAC and electrical systems.
• Perform on-call duties and emergencies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
