Wisteria at Warner Center, a brand-new Continuing Care Retirement Community opening in late 2026, seeks a Maintenance Technician I to join the founding team and support a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

The role covers preventive maintenance, routine service calls, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, painting and building systems on a full-time, on-site basis in Woodland Hills, CA. Compensation is $28.15/hr.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; technical schooling or training preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience with electrical, plumbing, and painting in commercial/industrial settings.
• Basic troubleshooting ability and safe tool operation.
• Ability to understand instructions in English and perform simple arithmetic.
• Passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on the physical plant.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as assigned.
• Complete apartment turnovers including touchups and repairs.
• Maintain pools, koi ponds, and water features.
• Assist residents with basic tasks and ensure safety and cleanliness.
