Wisteria at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking a Maintenance Tech III - HVAC for a brand-new Continuing Care Retirement Community opening Summer 2026. You will maintain, repair, and install electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems with a strong focus on safety and resident service.

Qualifications

• Five years of increasing responsibilities in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and plant operations equipment in complex settings.
• Must read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with onsite construction contractor to maintain, repair, and install electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Performs general maintenance, preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency maintenance as needed.
• Demonstrates faster, more proficient work compared to lower levels with minimal oversight.
• Repairs and maintains ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment; identifies risks and faults.
• Reads complex electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot issues.
• Provides direction and mentoring to co-workers and acts as a positive role model.
