Job summary

Fairway Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for Newnan, GA. On-site, full-time, 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed. You will handle unit turns, preventive maintenance, and resident service, reporting to the Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent.

The role requires a High School diploma, 3+ years in multifamily or related maintenance, and skills in electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. REAC/INSPIRE knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.
• Familiarity with REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC during maintenance tasks.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily work orders.
• Remain available for after-hours on-call.
• Utilize required maintenance tools and equipment.
• Prepare unit make-readies efficiently (painting, cleaning, etc.).
• Conduct quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Support neighboring properties with maintenance tasks.
