Fairway Management (FWM), a division of JES Holdings, seeks a Maintenance Technician II to uphold and repair our multifamily properties in Columbia, MO. This role emphasizes timely work orders, quality upkeep, and proactive resident service.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in multifamily or related settings, strong plumbing/electrical/HVAC skills, and a commitment to safety and reliability on-site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of multifamily/commercial/hotel maintenance experience with strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and painting knowledge.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of completing unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on call after hours.
• Conduct unit make readies ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Willing to assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Pick up supplies from area vendors while operating a registered and insured vehicle.
