Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a maintenance technician in Tracy, CA to set up, inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment across production lines. You will document issues in CMMS and support safety and uptime goals.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on conveyors, robotics, and facility systems, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with teams on minor projects. Requires 5 years' forklift/conveyor repair experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with forklift, conveyors and general equipment repair/maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting complex equipment.
• Education aligned to trade or technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain accurate operating logs.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with projects and space renovations.
• Operate and certify on industrial lift equipment; ensure safety procedures are followed.
