Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to set up, adjust, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, including conveyors, automation, and robotics, under limited supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years of relevant experience, basic Excel skills, PLC familiarity, and willingness to travel up to 10%. The position offers overtime, health benefits, and career growth within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PLC troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; document issues and escalate as needed.
• Record all work in CMMS and maintain logs for critical systems.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance team on two-person tasks and facility/building projects.
• Assemble and test equipment; analyze production delays and implement corrective actions.
