Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, and robotics equipment. You will document work in CMMS and supervise junior technicians while supporting facility systems.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in relevant maintenance, a high school diploma, and willingness to travel up to 10%. The role requires lifting, standing for long periods, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or apprenticeship in a related field is preferred.
Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment and ability to troubleshoot PLC logic systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment; escalate to leadership and/or senior technicians as needed; record issues in maintenance log for each line.
Document all work in CMMS and maintain accurate logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC, and other facility systems.
Mentor maintenance personnel in developing skills and knowledge of equipment.
