Job summary

Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, are seeking a maintenance technician to set up, troubleshoot, and repair conveyors, automation, and robotics systems. You will document work in CMMS, perform root cause analysis, and assist with plant projects.

This role requires basic Excel skills, safety compliance, and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time. Applicant should have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in facility equipment repair, with exposure to PLC logic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time (within and outside state).
• Proficient in CMMS and ticketing systems; able to document work and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for facility systems.
• Conduct root cause analyses of major downtime events and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with two-person tasks and plant projects; test and verify equipment operation.
