Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment to support production and quality.

Under limited supervision, you will document work in CMMS, assist senior technicians and participate in facility projects. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 3 years of maintenance experience, PLC knowledge, travel up to 10%, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics repair and maintenance.
Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment.
Basic Excel skills.
Experience with inputs/outputs and PLC logic; willing to travel up to 10% (intra/interstate).
Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand long hours.
Ability to read drawings and write reports; operate PPE safely.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues; document in CMMS and logs for lines and systems.
Record all work in CMMS and maintain logs for pumps, generators, HVAC, and facility systems.
Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events.
Assist mechanics and perform facility/building projects as needed.
Assemble and test equipment and analyze causes of delays to implement corrective actions.
