Vivmark Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II in Arlington, VA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems, ensuring timely service requests and safety compliance across the community.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in maintenance with HVAC, plumbing, electrical knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license.
• On-call schedule in rotation with the team.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team for customer service.
• Ability to read and understand policies and SDS hazard communications.
• Knowledge of PPE and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs per company standards in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready quickly; performs turnkey work as needed.
• Performs Preventative Maintenance and basic painting tasks as required.
• Adheres to Vivmark safety policies and reports unsafe conditions.
