The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of maintenance experience, holds a valid driver’s license, and can participate in an on-call rotation.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• On-call schedule availability in rotation.
• Effective communication with residents and team.
• Ability to read policies (Key Control, Turnover, Maintenance Emergency).
• Knowledge of PPE and chemical handling.
• Understanding of emergency systems, shutoffs and operation sequences.
• Knowledge of paints and painting tools.

Aufgaben

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features and waste systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs promptly per standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Performs apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assists in interior and exterior painting.
• Maintains safety culture by following policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
