Goldmark Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 2 for Lake Crest. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential systems with minimal supervision, delivering reliable service and quality workmanship to residents.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.
• Can independently diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Takes ownership of work orders and consistently delivers high-quality repairs.
• Effectively prioritizes competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Builds positive relationships with residents through professional communication and service.
• Assists in training and supporting less experienced technicians as needed.
