Job summary

Goldmark Property Management in Minneapolis is seeking a Maintenance Technician 1 to repair and maintain residential units, solving problems promptly and safely to keep residents satisfied. You'll handle service requests across heating, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and more, build relationships with residents, perform seasonal checks, and document daily inspections to support proactive maintenance.

Starting pay is $21/hour with incentive opportunities; company vehicle during on-call shifts;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service requests for repairs and upkeep of properties across various trades.
• Build relationships with residents and respond to questions and concerns.
• Perform seasonal maintenance and daily building inspections.
