The position pays $22.00/hour and requires a valid driver's license and prior maintenance experience. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to plan daily tasks and ensure timely unit turns and community upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all property systems and ensures proper function.

• Provides after-hours emergency support as needed.
• Coordinates daily tasks with Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Keeps maintenance areas clean and organized, including shop, garages, and storage areas.
