Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to supervise daily maintenance operations at a multi-family property. You will train staff, manage safety and quality initiatives, and support on-site leadership across the sector.

The role involves traveling to properties and ensuring high resident satisfaction through exceptional service. The position starts at $25 per hour with incentives up to $5.21 more per hour based on experience and region, plus tools, a company cell

Qualifications

• Experienced maintenance technician with mentoring and leadership skills.
• Certifications/licensure may be required by region.
• Proficient in advanced maintenance tasks and safety standards.
• Able to guide and influence maintenance directions and decisions.
• Understand maintenance procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians within a defined sector and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Coordinate daily work orders and monitor technical performance against standards.
• Assist with vendor management and ensure work meets Goldmark specifications.
• Travel to properties within the sector to provide training and support.
• Uphold safety, quality control, and resident satisfaction initiatives.
