Qualifications

• About 5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
• Ability to read drawings and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment, escalate to leadership, and document issues in CMMS and logs.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist maintenance staff to develop skills.
• Oversee minor projects such as space renovations, inventory management, and contractor oversight.
• Work with Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash and PPE protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
