Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical field required.
• 5+ years in highly automated manufacturing/lean environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes.

• High attention to detail and adherence to standards.
• Proficiency with computer/software tools, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Disassembles, cleans and repairs equipment mechanically and electrically.
• Performs minor electronic repairs and calibration.
• Resolves equipment problems with available resources and vendors.
• Schedules and executes maintenance per production plans with CMMS.
• Maintains ISO-compliant calibration logs and records.
• Supports safety procedures including Lock-Out/Tag-Out.
• Maintains inventories and tools to ensure throughput.
• Communicates with facility management and production teams.
