Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred and five+ years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment electronically and mechanically.
• Knowledge of electronic test equipment and PLC operation.
• Proficient in using a computerized maintenance management system.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and safety rules.
• Low Voltage Electrical License preferred and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance actions on facility equipment to support production needs.
• Log and analyze equipment performance data and identify preventive measures.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Install, relocate, and rig equipment with safe practices.
• Train personnel on PM procedures and safety practices.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors for parts and support.
