Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Maintenance Tech to support Transitions Optical production by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment. The role includes troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, calibrating components, and assisting in safety initiatives.

The position requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 3+ years of related experience. CMMS proficiency and reading schematics are expected, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment (electronic & mechanical).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and maintenance instructions.
• Proficiency with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment to support production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, restoring operation quickly.
• Disassemble, clean, test, calibrate, and reassemble components and systems.
• Assist in safety initiatives and conduct daily safety audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts in the CMMS/ERP system.
