Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician B (Level B) for the 2nd shift. You will maintain and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and quality, working within a collaborative team and developing advanced maintenance skills.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, root-cause analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance, and support for plant improvements and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance practices and condition monitoring.
• Knowledge of safety standards including LOTO and PPE.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues affecting safety, quality, and production.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance using standard tools and PdM techniques.
• Support plant initiatives, upgrades, and reliability improvements.
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with operations teams.
