Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking a Maintenance Tech B/C/D for the 2nd shift to maintain equipment assets, ensuring optimal capacity, efficiency and performance at the lowest cost. You will execute preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements across manufacturing areas.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, quality workmanship, and collaboration with maintenance leads to improve equipment reliability and overall productivity.

Qualifications

• Safety practices including LOTO, Confined Space, PPE.
• Knowledge of bearings, pulleys, shafts, belts and gearboxes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to reduce downtime and improve performance.
• Document findings and communicate with operations and leadership.
