Asbury Communities is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to join our on-site team. The role entails following scheduled maintenance tasks, performing general upkeep, snow removal, and minor repairs as directed by supervisors, ensuring safe, clean, and functional surroundings for residents and staff.
Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. HVAC experience is preferred; comprehensive benefits are offered.
