Job summary

Asbury Communities in Mechanicsburg is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance tasks and minor repairs. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience, with HVAC knowledge preferred.

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
• Snow removal
