Job summary

Asbury is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform troubleshooting and repair across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems. The role covers routine building upkeep and responding to work orders to ensure safe, efficient facilities.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, validity in driver’s license, and at least three years of progressive maintenance experience. EPA/CFC certification or ability to obtain within 90 days is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance duties including troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building upkeep.
• Responds to residential/commercial work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
• Documents work orders and resolutions using maintenance management software.

Job Description

• Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, applianceequipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarms.
• Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
• Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
• Hours: M-F8:00am-4:30pm
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies
• $25.00/Hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required.
• CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire.
