Job summary

Asbury Bethany Village is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and upkeep. The role follows a set maintenance schedule and requires adherence to established procedures to ensure safe, reliable facilities for residents and staff.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with every other weekend and holidays. Compensation is $26.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision options, and access to on-site amenities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year related maintenance experience; related certification accepted in lieu of experience (preferred).
• General maintenance experience required; HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedule and established policies.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including snow removal.
• Carry out minor repairs, alterations or additions as directed by supervisors.
• Complete minor carpentry repairs and manage waste disposal.

• Full-Time Position- 40 hours a week

Job Description

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks including snow removal.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience (preferred)
• General Maintenance experience required; HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
