Job summary

Asbury Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role. You will follow supervisor maintenance schedules and perform general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, per daily instructions.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year maintenance experience (HVAC a plus), and a valid driver’s license. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience (preferred)
• General maintenance experience required; HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks including snow removal.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.

Schedule & Compensation

- Full-Time Position-40 hours a week
- Monday - Friday8:00am-4:30pm; every other weekend and holiday.
- Pay: $26.00/hour
