Job summary

Mayfair Management Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our property management team. The role centers on maintaining our apartment communities, including grounds and a broad range of maintenance responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances, make-readies and some A/C experience. Weekend, on-call and OT are required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of general maintenance tasks across building systems.
• Experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work and appliances.
• Make-readies and some A/C experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow simple notices and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community including grounds.
• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with residents and teammates as a team player.

Maintenance Technician II

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department.

Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance; custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
