Medline in Aurora, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to setup, adjust, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair and maintain conveyors, automation and robotics in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, routine inspections, documenting work in CMMS, performing root cause analysis, assisting other technicians, and supporting facility projects.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment; basic Excel skills.
Experience with inputs/outputs and PLC logic systems; able to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot and correct issues; escalate to leadership as needed.
Document all work in CMMS and maintain logs for facility systems.
Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
Assist other technicians and participate in facility project work.
Assemble and test equipment to verify operation and production.
Analyze production delays and implement corrective actions.
Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance.
