Job summary

Medline is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment to support production and quality in our Florida facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment, document all work in CMMS, and help identify root causes of downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues; escalate to leadership or senior technicians as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC and other systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics with two-person tasks or when needed.
• Carry out facility/building projects and test equipment to verify operation.
