Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure each unit and building is in perfect working order for our guests. You will perform general facility maintenance and respond to service requests with a focus on quality and safety.

You’ll contribute to make-ready units, perform basic repairs across doors, fixtures, and landscapes, and collaborate with a team to uphold exceptional guest experiences at our Myrtle Beach properties.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and production.
• Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Make-ready unit maintenance as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape and inspect building systems for deficiencies.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
